1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of E14 Office services, including registered office address services, mail handling, and related compliance services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

E14 Office Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is available upon request by emailing info@e14office.co.uk.

2. Services

E14 Office provides:

• Registered office address services for UK companies
• Business address services for sole traders
• Mail handling, scanning, and forwarding services
• Director's service address facilities

Services are subject to successful completion of identity verification and compliance checks as described below.

4. Mail Handling

E14 Office will handle mail received at our address on your behalf according to your selected service plan.

4.1 Mail Holding

If we have not received the required identity verification documents, we may:

• Pause activation of certain services
• Temporarily hold mail (typically up to 14 days) before returning items to sender where appropriate

4.2 Mail Forwarding

Where you have selected mail forwarding services, we will forward mail to your registered forwarding address. You are responsible for ensuring your forwarding address is current and accurate.

4.3 Mail Scanning

Where you have selected mail scanning services, we will scan the exterior of received mail and provide digital notifications. Content scanning is subject to additional service terms.

6. Your Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account details up to date and notify us promptly of any changes
• Provide requested verification documents within reasonable timeframes
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not use our address for any fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities
• Notify us of any change in directors or company structure (for LTD companies)

7. Fees and Payment

Service fees are as displayed at time of purchase. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We may change fees with reasonable notice.

All fees are payable in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if:

• You breach these Terms
• You fail to provide required verification documents
• We reasonably believe you are using services for unlawful purposes
• You fail to pay fees when due

Upon termination, mail will be handled according to our standard return-to-sender procedures.

9. Liability

E14 Office provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not accept liability for:

• Delays in mail delivery or forwarding beyond our reasonable control
• Loss or damage to parcels (which we do not accept)
• Consequences of service suspension due to non-compliance with verification requirements
• Any indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service period in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
